With over 28 years of experience in the industry, Kylie believes that no project is too big or too small. Our portfolio includes a wide range of projects, from home designs and granny flats to large-scale commercial and industrial developments, consistently upholding excellence at every level.
The close-knit community at ADG ensures a smooth approval process for our clients. You will always communicate directly with Kylie, who coordinates all engineers and consultants while liaising with the council on your behalf. This approach removes the burden of dealing with multiple consultants and authorities for you.

Initial Consultation

Review client brief and conduct site meeting

Relevant council searches conducted and an in-depth examination of the DCP/LEP associated with the site, to see what your site potential is.

Sketch Design stage
& lodge development application
Liaise with the client with proposed sketches for approval & once approval is achieved ADG will organise the lodgment of relevant documents required for Development Application (DA) approval.

Submission to relevant authority
Approved documents are now sent to a private certifier or council for construction certificate approval.

Tender/ Project Management
Once approvals have been received, we provide the option for tender and project management all the way through to occupation certificate if needed.
